Finances for Year Ending 31 March 2021

The Council has set the precept for the financial year 2020-21 of £9461. This is collected from residents via their Council Tax by South Norfolk Council and then paid to the Parish Council in 2 payments in April and September. The Council uses the precept to operate the Council, in line with the agreed budget. The budget and precept are set in January for the following financial year.

Full financial details are published in early summer following the completion of the Council's annual audit process. Regular updates are provided to the Council throughout the year by way of a monthly bank reconciliation (viewable with the agenda) and a half yearly review where expenditure is compared to budget.
